When you register, please select ONE of the following registration options:

  • Presenting Authors: Acceptance notices were sent to a single presenting author on each abstract, and we are reserving registration slots for presenting authors to guarantee that they can attend. If you received an acceptance notice for your abstract, and are attending the main conference, please register as a Presenting Author. Co-authors are not presenting authors.
  • Non-Presenting Attendees: If you did not receive an acceptance notice for an abstract, and are attending the main conference, please register as a Non-Presenting Attendee.
  • Opening Reception Only: If you are not attending the Main Conference but have been invited to attend the Opening Reception, which is free, please register for the Opening Reception only.
  • Bridge Day Only: If you are not attending the Main Conference but would like to take part in the Bridge Day, which is free, please register for the Bridge Day only.
  • Invited Speakers, Panelists, and Guests: If you are an invited speaker or panelist, or you have been offered a registration waiver, you will receive a personal email with a special registration link that will allow you to register for the conference at no cost.

Registration for the Main Conference as a Presenting Author or Non-Presenting Attendee includes the Opening Reception and the Bridge Day. You do not need to register separately for these events.

Please also select the appropriate registration rate:

  • Reduced-Rate Registration ($100): If you are a full-time student enrolled in a degree program at an academic institution, and are attending the Main Conference, you are eligible for the reduced registration rate.
  • Full-Rate Registration ($300): If you are not a full-time student enrolled in a degree program at an academic institution, and are attending the Main Conference, please select the full registration rate.

Registration for the Main Conference includes breakfast and a buffet lunch in the conference center restaurant, with drinks and snacks available all day. A boxed lunch will be provided for anyone attending the Bridge Day.

Registration Deadline: Registration will close on February 11th 2026.

Capacity is limited to 200 attendees so we recommend you register as soon as possible.
